The two major problems an individual with oily skin suffers are acne and black head. It goes without saying that oily skin and acne are nondetachable. An individual with oily skin is bound to suffer from acne during any time of his/her life. However the major problem occurs during puberty is a known and accepted fact that a face with acne and acne scars is not only less appealing but also has a major effect in our self confidence.



 Black heads is a real big problem for those having oily skin. Due to the presence of blackheads tiny spots appears in our face. This spots are caused due to the deposition of dirt in the pores.  However just by reducing the oil consumption we cannot have an oil free skin instead it  can minimize the oiliness of your skin. In case the oil contents gets reduced then the below methods can be applied to treat acne on the oily skin.

There are two common ways you can follow to treat the acne in oily skin. The commonly prescribed methods are either application of acne creams or solutions or the medicated face washes. These kinds of products are easily available in various departmental stores. Kindly note that these products are mostly categorized with the regular formulae like the oily skin treatment or dry skin moisturizers. It is important and also essential to make a right choice depending upon your skin type.

 Apart from the creams and liquid solutions you can also opt for some antibacterial or medicated soap which are mostly configured for those having oily skin. Some of the popular brands are the Neutrogena Dermatological Bar Soap which contains properties of hypo allergic .Individual with sensitive skin can also use this soap bar. The Hydra Fresh Gel Cleanser from L’Oreal is another recommended product for oily skin. This gel based cleanser is equally competent to any kind of irritations that occurs in the oily skin. It has been observed that continuous use of either a  good cleanser or medicated /antibacterial soap can reduce the common acne related problem in oily skin.

However  there are controversies related to such claims and these cleansers are not known to  reach the  deep enough to extract the dirt particles regardless of innumerable physical or manual scrubbing


Finally, drink sufficient amount of water .The water helps in relieving the unwanted toxins from our body and keeps our skin hydrated and fresh. Apart from drinking try and wash your face with cold water  around 5 to 6 times a day.
